Relocation of the Markham Office of J.D.Barnes Limited and First Base Solutions Inc. - March 2005


The Markham office of J.D. Barnes Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary First Base Solutions Inc. has moved to a new location at 140 Renfrew Drive, Suite 100, Markham, Ontario L3R 6B3. The phone and fax numbers remain the same. This office is located on the west side of Renfrew Drive adjacent to Buttonville Airport, across the street from the previous location.

The new office is larger and more efficient than the old office. All of the office space is located on the main floor that has been renovated to accommodate the Toronto and York Region legal survey division, the Geodetic and Engineering survey division, the mapping and GIS staff of First Base Solutions Inc., Human Resources staff, and the Financial and Administrative staff of the company. There are several large meeting rooms, one of which is equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual and high-speed computer links, and a kitchen that can accommodate the gastronomic needs of our employees.

There is significant storage capacity at this new location along with a climate controlled computer room equipped with the latest network server technology and elaborate security and monitoring systems. Additional space has been allocated for future expansion needs and ample parking is available at the campus like setting that is owned and operated by Armadale Properties Inc. We look forward to offering our services to our clients from this new location.
