• Surveyor’s Real Property Reports (Building Location Surveys). The final as-constructed surveys of new structures or the locations of existing buildings to determine proximity of same to property limits, ensuring conformity with municipal by-laws, and for completing financial arrangements.
• Litigation Type Survey. Surveys to illustrate accident scenes, boundary disputes, title discrepancies with relevant supporting materials, profiles and court attendance as required.
• Boundary Surveys. Re-establishment of limits of existing boundaries or create limits of new properties - appropriate to Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Rural sites.
• Topographic Surveys. A detailed survey, using ground and/or aerial survey methods to accurately illustrate the location of natural and man-made features within or adjacent to the subject property and to display vertical data required in the design of draft plans of subdivision, construction of or expansion to structures/buildings or recreation areas.
